CYCLING: Bike Manawatū is not short of young riding talent taking on older and more experienced hands on the road. Race director Jorge Sandoval said he was surprised at the talent of Bike Manawatū riders, who dominated the younger categories and category four for older riders. Category two was dominated by Bike Manawatū riders, taking the individual and teams competition. In category three Bike Manawatū riders also won the individual and teams’ title.
