Mr Shapps also used the Downing Street press conference to highlight a Government bid enabling passengers to fly across the Atlantic "without harming the environment". Speaking at Friday's Downing Street coronavirus press briefing, Mr Shapps said the organisation "will be charged with making net zero emissions possible for future flights".
