York Regional Police are asking for the public’s help finding a 22-year-old man who they say was kidnapped Saturday evening in an underground parking garage in Markham. Shortly before 6 p.m., Wanzhen Lu was with a friend in a parking garage at 15 Water Walk Dr., which is a condo near Hwy. 7 and Birchmount Rd, police said in a news release.
