With the mission to create jobs for the youth, the UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has recently announced to provide 70 lakh jobs.This target by the government would be achieved within five years of time. The announcement was made by the minister on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day. (Read: This college in Uttar Pradesh has banned mobile phones in premises)Here's what Yogi Adityanath said:"UP is a state with immense possibilities....We have fixed a target of providing jobs to 70 lakh people in five years, of which 10 lakh jobs will be provided through the vocational education and skill development departments," Yogi Aditynanth said in a recent PTI report . Further, while stressing on stressing on a better coordination among the agriculture, dairy, small industry and industrial development departments in order to achieve this target, Yogi Adityanath said the youth needed to be made aware of the benefits of skill development. More jobs in textile industry:Besides agriculture, textile was another sector which could generate the maximum number of jobs in the state, Yogi Aditynanth added.
