SKH Tin Shui Wai Ling Oi Primary School principal Hung Wai-shing called the lesson plan "full of subjective political opinions," adding the teaching materials were "improper." Hung added: "Obviously the teacher is not ignorant, but had intended to compile an unreasonable teaching plan. Federation of Education Workers chief Wong Kam-leung said the lesson plan was "shocking," and that the teacher had attempted to instill "extreme ideas" into young primary school children.
