Yes, it’s true that the Xbox One X is still competing directly with Sony’s PlayStation 5. And if the Xbox Series X does turn out to be a massive hit that bests PS5 at launch, you can bet we’ll be hearing about those numbers right away. While Xbox Series X and PS5 are competing as specific products, Microsoft, as an overall company, is not competing with Sony, it’s competing with Amazon and Google and gaming is a significant part of that.
