Annoh as she takes on a role promoting the Yendi and Dagbon regions internationally. Yendi is renowned for producing Fugu, also known as Batakari, a hand-woven garment that symbolises royalty, strength, and heritage. Recognising its cultural importance, the Government of Ghana has declared Wednesdays as “National Fugu Day”. Led by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, the initiative aims to promote local artisans, national identity, and cultural pride. Annoh, an alumna of Aggrey Memorial School, Cape Coast, is an award-winning multilingual professional with extensive experience in public relations, reputation management, tourism, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
