DUBAI—Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi ordered the replacement of the country’s central bank Governor Sunday following an extended dispute over control of state finances during its almost 18-month war. Mr. Hadi, who leads an internationally recognized government fighting Yemen’s Houthi rebels, issued a decree appointing his finance minister Munser al-Quaiti as central bank governor, according to the official Sabanew.net news...
