The Met Office has issued the warning, which runs between 6pm tonight (February 3) and 9am tomorrow (February 4). Forecasters have warned people to expect disruption to travel, with roads and railways most likely to be affected. A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "Outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow will move north over mid and north Wales and northern England on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. The weather warning states some roads and railway lines are likely to be affected by disruption, including longer journey times by road, bus and train. There could be 'some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces,' alongside some icy patches on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
