PARIS—Clashes erupted between police and demonstrators, luxury stores were vandalized and a bank set on fire on the 18th-straight Saturday of yellow-vest protests in the French capital. Protestors in yellow vests, or gilets jaunes, threw stones at police on the famous Champs-Élysées avenue; police responded with tear gas and water cannons. No one was seriously injured in the fire, authorities said.
