Yasser Abdul Malak has been appointed as Nestlé’s new chairman and CEO for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The appointment is effective January 1, 2022, will see Abdul Malak replace Remy Ejel who assumed the position in 2020. Abdul Malak joined Nestlé in Saudi Arabia in 1999. In 2005, he was promoted to head the Food Business in the South East Africa region. For his latest stint with Nestlé, Abdul Malak is moving to Dubai from Nestlé Turkey where he reported delivered strong results as CEO.
