more-inA Delhi court on Tuesday framed charges of conspiracy and other charges under various provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the Explosive Substances Act and the Arms Act against Indian Mujahideen operative Yasin Bhatkal and others. The case is related to the alleged setting up of an illegal arms factory here from where arms and ammunition was recovered. The Special Cell of the Delhi Police charged that IEDs, explosives materials, arms and ammunition were recovered. The weapons manufacturing unit had equipment like moulding, cutting, assembly drilling and grinding machines, besides explosives and rocket launchers, it further charged. The other accused are Zia-Ur- Rehman, Tehsin Akhtar, Mohammad Waqar Azhar, Mohammad Maroof, Mohammad Saquib Ansari, Imteyaz Alam and Aijaz Shaikh.
