Gilbert Tsimi Evouna assured the new Secretary General of his support and wished him well as he carries out his task. The new Secretary General indicated that he will continue in the footsteps of his predecessor and also improve the sanitary state of the city. Gabriel Essoa Eloi was born on January 21, 1961 in Betschenga in the Lekié Division of the Centre Region. Prior to his appointment, Gabriel Essoa Eloi was the Senior Divisional Officer for Upper Nkam Division in the West Region.
