Giancarlo Stanton crushed a go-ahead grand slam in the eighth inning, and the New York Yankees tied the host Boston Red Sox for the top American League wild-card spot with a 5-3 victory Saturday evening. Hansel Robles came on and allowed Urshela to score on a wild pitch to make it 2-1. The Red Sox would load the bases with one out but only scored one on a Michael King wild pitch for a 2-0 edge.
