Yafa Mac has delivered 600 units of the Emirates Heights project in the North Coast during the current year, according to the Head of the Commercial Sector, Ramy Haggar. Furthermore, he added that the company plans to complete the delivery of the project’s remaining units during the coming year. Additionally, he revealed that the company is close to completing the project’s second phase and that the occupancy rate in Emirates Heights resort is developing well. The Emirates Heights is a 125 acre and 750 sqm beachfront project which includes 3,000 serviced apartments with various sizes and three 5-star hotels. Yafa Mac announced last year the provision of EGP 1.5bn in the second phase of the Emirates Heights project and has so far administered EGP 500m in the first phase.
