Brand Planet that worked in collaboration with Pune-based Elephant Design till June 2016 under the name of Elephant Delhi, was founded in 2008. Ltd has acquired branding and design company Brand Planet Consultants India Pvt. Ltd in an all-cash deal of $3 million, to expand its marketing technology tools into branding practices such as product packaging and logo designing. The founders of Brand Planet, Anjan Roy and Shouvik Roy, will join the YAAP management team as senior partners. The company provides services such as market entry strategy consulting, product packaging design, company logo design, employee communications, and brand positioning.
