Surely the show is now in its death throesI’m writing this on the assumption that you didn’t watch X Factor this weekend. Because, if you did watch X Factor, you probably would have found yourself being baffled to the very point of unconsciousness. X Factor has never been good, but at least you always knew where you stood with it. Worse, these changes only serve to highlight the artifice at the heart of X Factor. Even more than usual, X Factor is unwatchable.
