The sale closed a few days ago, said Jake Kilgrow, an agent with Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty who represented the buyer. Mr. Feldman, who ran a garment manufacturing business based in California, died in 2015, Mr. Kilgrow said. Mr. Long said he sold a 1,848-acre Jackson Hole ranch about a year ago for roughly $27.5 million; the property had initially been priced at $100 million.
