The writ also urged the High Court to take necessary action against the person who is responsible for the incident, and provide appropriate compensation to the misidentified, Md Salam Dhali. Supreme Court lawyer Advocate Mohammad Shishir Monir filed the writ with the High Court's virtual bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim on Sunday. Recently different media published news about the imprisonment of Md Salam Dhali, son of Safiz Uddin, instead of Md Abdus Salam, son of Mafiz Uddin Dhali in Bagerhat. Advocate Shishir told the virtual bench may hold the writ hearing on Monday.
