A recording from a security camera showed two men in a pickup use a cable try to drag the ATM from the site where it was installed in front of a furniture store on Phetkasem Road. Although the men successfully dislodged the ATM from its base, they were not able to drag the cash machine very far. They then exited the vehicle and tried to pry open the ATM. After they failed to do so, they fled the scene. Police are now checking security-camera footage to identify the suspects.
