Initiated by Amobé Mévégué, host and journalist on France 24, in partnership with UNESCO, the Worldwide Afro Network (WAN) is a concept to commemorate World Africa Day. The WAN organizes this May 25, on social networks, panel discussions on the health and social challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic to Africa and ways to respond to them. The Worldwide Afro Network will end this Monday evening, at 9 PM GMT, with a big 2.0 show, broadcast on 200 television channels on the continent. »This 25 May will therefore be an opportunity to discuss creative industries, start-ups and innovation, among others, to rethink post-pandemic Africa from an economic, cultural and social point of view. The hashtag #JeSuisWan or #IAmWan is used on social media for the discussions.
