Less than two years after opening in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, the world’s largest Hooters is closing. According to Pace Vegas, the Hooters at the Palms was losing millions each year. A spokeswoman for the Palms Casino Resort confirmed to Fox News that the restaurant would be closing mid-May. "Hooters will be closing in the coming weeks to make way for exciting new enhancements we are planning for The Palms. Hooters, which first opened in 1983, now operates over 400 locations in 42 states and 26 countries.
