Led by the CBC Edmonton newsroom, the podcast sought out stories from deep in Alberta's boreal forest to the wilds of Australia, from the northern reaches of B.C. About Adrienne Lamb:(Krystina Silva/CBC)Adrienne Lamb is an award-winning journalist who has covered wildfires in Western Canada for many years. In 2016, she produced a wildfire documentary for CBC Radio's Ideas called World on Fire, then in 2019 hosted a national CBC Radio show called Smoked Out: How Wildfires are Changing Canadian Summers. Flannigan has been studying wildland fires for more than 40 years and has published more than 200 papers.
