World celebrates International Mother Language Day on Feb. 21

CAIRO – 21 February 2021: On February 21 of every year, a large number of countries around the world celebrate what is known as the International Mother Language Day. It seems that it survived the first confrontation with Arabic, and it took centuries for the Coptic language to retreat. Private languageHeritage researcher Sami Hark is one of the most vocal advocates of the Egyptian language as a special language and not just a dialect. He says that the Egyptian language has gone through four stages of change, from the ancient Egyptian language until now, with the same rules, while preserving thousands of words. These terms are directly related to the stages of development of the ancient Egyptian language, so the current Egyptian sentence structure resembles the structure of the ancient Egyptian sentence.
