WHEN the Department of Education ( DepEd) and World Vision launched the “Abutin Na10” fundraising campaign in June, the aim was to ensure that millions of Filipino learners continue to have access to good education despite the pandemic. Among those who have recently partnered with World Vision is e-commerce platform Shopee, whose advocacy is education for less privileged children.
