Credit: DeNA, Platinum GamesThe first major mobile game for Platinum Games will be World of Demons for DeNA. With more than a nod to Okami, World of Demons could be an interesting new game for the studio. As part of a partnership with DeNA, Platinum Games has been working on a bite-sized arena-based action game for mobile. This is also one of two games for DeNA that Platinum Games is working on, with the other game yet to be announced. Whether World of Demons will help boost the fortunes of Platinum Games is unclear at present but if any studio can come up with something new to play on mobile, it’s definitely Platinum Games.
