In an interview Monday on Indian television, Erdogan accused the E.U. nations soured before a divisive Turkish referendum last month on expanding presidential powers, with Erdogan voicing harsh criticism of several E.U. Pakistani soldiers fired rockets and mortar rounds at two Indian positions southwest of the Line of Control, the army said in a statement. It said Pakistani soldiers also ambushed an Indian patrol operating between the two posts and mutilated the bodies of two Indian soldiers.
