China has launched what it claims to be the largest electric container ship with a 50,000kWh+ battery capacity. Shanghai-headquartered China Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO) launched the 120 metres long, 24 metres wide and 10,000 ton Shipping Green Water 01 recently.
