The minister revealed his plan to Stuff after its investigation into bullying, harassment, and personal grievances, in 30 Government departments. Lees-Galloway said: "It is likely that workplace bullying and harassment are underreported. The regulator typically only investigated bullying and harassment claims where there was a diagnosis of serious mental harm and there was a link to workplace bullying as the cause.
