Different Countries Have Different Business CulturesWhen I started my international career, I had the naïve assumption that you could directly transfer your own business culture to another country. In Finland, business culture was much more deliberate; the Finns weigh pros and cons against each other carefully. At my company, people can apply for short-term postings in our international subsidiaries to experience working in different countries.
