A 25-year-old Fulton Hogan employee was killed last night after a workplace incident on State Highway 1. A 25-year-old Fulton Hogan employee has died after being struck by a work vehicle on State Highway 1 in Wellington's Ngauranga Gorge. Police said the man who died was hit by a work vehicle while working on SH1 south of Johnsonville. NZTA Traffic was stopped on Wellington's Ngauranga Gorge after two people were hit on Monday night. In a statement, Fulton Hogan said it was working with WorkSafe as it carried out an investigation.
