The body of Wichai Sakasemsuk, 55, was discovered in the workers’ living quarters at the construction site at Buri Ram Hospital in Muang district. Blood was seeping from his mouth and nose, although there was no sign of a disturbance in the room. The construction site’s foreman, Sathit Yusiri, said Wichai had no home and had asked for job three months ago. Sathit said Wichai did not report to work on Tuesday morning and he found him dead in the room.
