The Land Development Agency (LDA) announced on Thursday the planned delivery of 779 apartments in Fairview in Dublin on a site at St Vincent's Hospital. The new Richmond Village development is being delivered in partnership with Royalton Developments and Walls Construction and will be constructed on the site of St. Vincent’s Hospital (SVH) in Fairview, just over two kilometres northwest of Dublin city centre. Planning permission was secured for the project in 2023 by Royalton Developments.
