To be frank, I have yet to meet anyone who’s had 12 months of unbridled success, and continuous joy. This note made me veer away from what I had intended to write, to think about what he’d suggested. Throughout the year, in collating my thoughts each week to write this column, I have referenced many people whom I consider as beacons of light. On a personal level, Dr. Venu is one of the funniest and most congenial people you can ever meet. I used his example to illustrate what it meant to work with focus, and professionalism.
