Again, that's not a criticism, and for the record I have to assume the plan was to always follow up a dark Batman v Superman with a lighter Justice League. If we look at these films (Man of Steel, Dawn of Justice and Justice League) as a trilogy, then Batman v Superman was the grim and pessimistic second chapter that ends with our heroes at their lowest point. Nonetheless, it has been striking to see Justice League previews with rock music in the background, as opposed to something more operatic. And I will be... very amused if we do get a Justice League trailer on Sunday and then a The Last Jedi trailer on Monday. Anyway, Justice League, starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Raymond Fisher, Jason Momoa and Ezra Miller, opens Nov. 17.
