I remember growing as a young boy; I watched how gender roles were drawn to draw line between boys and girls. Most often boys were assigned chores that were perceived as manly and women, chores that identified them with the gender. The times when women can foot hotel bills, reducing you into a mere man, forget yourtitle. We are in era of sponsors but don’t be surprised we have sponsees who are seriously funding young people.It is also worth noting that the world is slowly embracing women leadership. Although in some societies (Africa, Middle East and Asia) women are still discriminated from leading, other developed nations have given women opportunity to rule.
