On Monday, he’ll host several women partners for dinner at his Manhattan apartment where he’ll face questions on why that hasn’t worked out. The Journal spoke with close to 20 current Goldman partners, both male and female, for this article. Many women partners at the time were in sales rather than trading and as a result didn’t meet some of those requirements.
