N. Rajarajeshwari, Director, Administration, HRD Institute, said Women’s Day was an occasion to raise awareness around gender equality, gender parity and empowerment to help them transform their lives. The day was also celebrated in Telangana State Institute of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, TS Forest Academy, Dhulapally.
