It's rare to receive letters and notes and for people to write down the sweet thoughts they have. This is why one woman, from Nottingham, was genuinely shocked when her neighbour slipped an envelope through her letterbox. She wrote: "An old lady took a photo of my cat, Chips, went to the trouble of getting it developed and then put it in our letterbox this morning." She later discovered that another neighbour had showed Jean all the comments on Twitter and she was reportedly "thrilled" to see that so many people liked her photo.
