Diane D'Anca, 61, was arrested on charges of practicing medicine and cosmetology without a license and possession of a controlled substance. D'Anca claimed she was working under a license held by "Dr Tom", police said. She reportedly said she was told by a “doctor friend” she could perform procedures if she was working under the license of the doctor. A "large amount" of medical supplies and prescriptions were found along with records for around 100 patients, it as reported.
