A woman and her two young children were killed after she jumped in front of a moving train in Gazipur on Monday morning, police said, in what appears to be a case of suicide. The incident occurred around 11am at a railway crossing in the Nayanepara area of Ward No. The deceased woman was identified as Hafeza Khatun Mala (25) of Kaliganj upazila in Gazipur. Local residents reported that the incident took place on a stretch of railway track east of the Pubail crossing. “Later, she went onto the railway tracks with her children as a Brahmanbaria-bound Titas commuter train was passing.
