Theophilus Onojeghen, WarriA woman and her three children have narrowly escaped death after a cooking gas cylinder exploded on Friday in Warri, Delta State. Saturday PUNCH learnt that the incident occurred around 2pm, on Idiaregbe Street, Okumagba Layout, Warri. Sources in the area told our correspondent that the incident occurred when the woman tried to light up the gas cylinder to prepare a lunch for the children. However, as he struck the match, the cooking gas reportedly exploded, burning her and the children. Kitchen utensils were also destroyed during the explosion which later resulted in fire outbreak.
