Through lawyer Gitobu Imanyara, the distraught mother faults the DP of refusing to provide them with essential needs like food, decent clothing and a place of stay. The woman also accuses Mr Ruto –Kenya’s second in command- of refusing to pay school fees for their daughter and medication. The woman wants the case, which was filed on Thursday, certified urgent and heard on a priority basis since they will continue to suffer irreparably.
