more-inIn a heart-rending incident, a 22-year-old woman allegedly strangled her two kids to death before committing suicide at Koyagudem in Tekulapalli mandal on Saturday. The deceased were identified as B Meena, 22, and her three-year-old daughter Gautami and ten-month-old son Bharat. Police said Meena, wife of B Jampaiah, a labourer of Bethampudi village in the same mandal, hanged herself to death after allegedly killing her two kids at her parents' house in Koyagudem on Saturday morning. She resorted to the hasty step a couple of hours after her husband allegedly picked up an argument with her demanding additional dowry, sources said. The parents of Meena were away in their farms when she took the extreme step in spur of the moment.
