A woman has registered a case at Sohna City police station in Gurgaon alleging that cattle smugglers, travelling in a tempo, opened fire at her friend and her on Sunday night, while they were travelling on the Gurgaon-Sohna road. The woman, Sonia Sharma, is a citizen of UK, police said. The people in the tempo, however, opened fire, and “threw cows” at them, she claimed. They captured the vehicle late at night and we have registered an FIR on the basis of their complaint. “It appears that they threw some cows at the women, since we found the animals injured at different points along the road.
