PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania woman allegedly tried to smuggle nearly 11 pounds of cocaine on a flight from Jamaica to Philadelphia by hiding the drugs in instant chocolate drink mix cans, authorities said. Officers opened two of the 10 powdered drink cans in White-Pinkton's luggage and found a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine, the statement said. White-Pinkton has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, and simple possession, officials said. 22 pounds of cocaine disguised as baking powder seized at JFKOfficers confiscated a total of 10 pounds, 13 ounces of cocaine, which was estimated to be worth more than $300,000, authorities said. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers discovered the cocaine in Tiwanda Rechele White-Pinkton's luggage after the 38-year-old Upper Darby, Pa., resident arrived at the Philadelphia International Airport from Montego Bay, Jamaica, late last month, according to a statement the agency released on Wednesday.
