A man will appear in Hastings District court on Monday to face charges relating to two separate assaults in Camberley, Hastings. A woman remains in a serious condition in intensive care in Hawke’s Bay Regional Hospital after an assault in Camberley, Hastings, shortly before 9.20pm on Saturday. Police confirmed the woman was undergoing surgery after being admitted to the hospital with serious injuries after the incident. Police confirmed a 21-year-old man had been arrested in relation to the two assaults. The man was facing two charges of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and would appear in the Hastings District court on Monday.
