DAGUPAN CITY—The body of an unidentified woman was found on a bypass road at a village in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan province on Sunday (July 14), police said. Investigators said the woman, aged 60 to 65 years old, had abrasions on the back when bystanders discovered her at Barangay Nancayasan around 8:15 p.m.ADVERTISEMENTPolice said the woman could have been mentally ill, citing accounts of people who have seen her in the village.
