A woman in her 30s has been found dead from a fatal head injury in east London. Police were called by the London Ambulance Service to a residential address in City Island Way just after 4pm on Friday 11 November, following reports of an assault. Officers attended the the address and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene at 4.17pm.
