Her body was found by the caretaker at the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya historical site in tambon Ban Pom, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district. He reported it to Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya police about 7.30am, Pol Lt Col Lapaskrita Tharalert, an investigating officer, said. A preliminary autopsy at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital concluded the woman slashed her wrist with a cutter knife, causing massive bleeding and eventual death.
